Impact Collaborations FAQs

How do I get involved?

Each Challenge Question comes with its own Expression of Interest Form. To register your interest, simply complete the form with the required information.

We will then review the applications and select a collaborative team to work on the project.

What is the benefit of being involved?

There are many benefits of being part of an Impact Collaborations project!

Impact Collaborations bring together individuals with different skills, backgrounds and interests to work towards a common goal. This means that you will have the opportunity to meet and work with a new team of people - sharing knowledge and insight along the way.

You will be involved in designing and shaping the project from the ground up. Whilst we provide the Challenge Question, it is up to the project team to decide how best to answer it. We will support you and the team in developing a project proposal to submit to our governance boards.

You will also have access to our global stakeholder group and the opportunity to engage with the customers of your project output.

We will be able to facilitate access to data as well as providing funding and project management support as required.

Most importantly, you will be working together to create a positive impact on children’s lives.

How often will you post new Challenge Questions?

We work with our partners and potential customers to shape and refine our Challenge Questions.

This means that when we post new Challenge Questions is dependent on the needs of our customers at the time.

You can keep updated on when we post new Challenge Questions by checking this page, following us on Twitter and LinkedIn and signing up to our newsletter here.

Is there funding available for these projects?

We greatly welcome pro-bono contributions, but we do also offer funding for our Impact Collaborations projects.

Once your team has developed a project proposal we will submit this, along with any funding requests, to the appropriate Governance Board for approval.

VAT is calculated on a project-by-project basis. For more information, please consult the Support section of your challenge question summary via our Challenge Questions page.
